Been forever but I’ve been a busy girl. I got laid off of work, went back to school, and trying to get myself together. So far I’m loving school, which is kinda funny, when I was younger it didn’t thrill me to go to school but now it does. Was talking to my mom about her cholesterol issues today. The Dr wants to put her on medicine and she told him flat our noway! She already has liver issues and getting on those will just make it worse. Mom isn’t one to eat veggies but now she is drinking smoothies with carrot juice, spinach, and fruit in it. She walks everyday and takes her vitamins yet her cholesterol is high. So hopefully as long as her HDL and Trygl. are good she’ll be fine.
I’m not sure how but I found out about this thing called earthing. It’s funny to remember being a kid and running around barefoot and climbing in trees, walking in the sand, playing at the beach, walking and playing in the dirt who would’ve thought it would be good for you lol. If you get a chance google it, it’s really interesting!
I also haven’t been reading as much well my usual romance novels now it’s school books. They aren’t as much fun as the novels :).
So now that I have a little more time on my hands I feel like I have a second chance to get my life going on a better path. My weight has been going up and down. I go Friday to my Dr. I’m going to see if she’ll up my armour and see if that will help. If anyone knows about hypothyroidism you know it’s a pain in the darn ass! Big time!! So I have started doing yoga, breathing exercises, making sure I take my EFAs, using more organic beauty supplies, etc etc I want to make sure I use this second chance as best I can.
I have to finish my menu planning for next week so I better get to that. I’ll try hard to get on here a little more. Be blessed
